EF Education First Aug 2011 – Aug 2018

Director of Partnerships

• Responsible for Contract Partnerships between EF Education First and U.S. universities to facilitate their international education programs

• Managed a team 8 project managers and coordinators producing international education programs for US colleges and universities

• Worked remotely between headquarters in Cambridge, MA and Lucerne, Switzerland, traveling throughout the US and abroad to create, negotiate and renew partnership contracts between EF and university partners

• Developed and facilitated an international education symposium at EF North America headquarters with 120 deans and professors in attendance in the first year

• Formalized RFP process and production strategy in collaboration with Business Analyst and VP of Finance

• Hired and managed external consultants for ongoing research projects with the director of academic affairs; facilitated internal trainings
